2.1 Registration Requirements

4. The account must be in your own name; operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at akc44 is ৳100 (per method). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dhaka Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Funds deposited on our platform must not come from a third party. Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name will be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. akc44 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the original deposit, unless that method is unavailable.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at akc44 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳8,000, you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus may be forfeited. akc44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

1. Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
2. In cases of multiple accounts or bonus abuse, akc44 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
3. akc44 may apply separate terms for special bonuses and promotions, which will be stated on the relevant offer page.
4. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

akc44 has four VIP tiers for regular players. The weekly cashback rate at each tier is as follows:

1. Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
2. Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
3. Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
4. Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier based on your gaming activity. Cashback is automatically added to your account each week. akc44 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and members will be notified in advance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

1. Violation of any provision of these Terms.
2. Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
3. Fraudulent activity conducted from the account.
4. If the account holder is found to be a minor.
5. Attempting unauthorised access to akc44's technical systems.

If there is a valid balance before the account is closed and no rules have been violated, it will be returned after processing.
